Orders with small items will have the option of tracked & Untracked shipping. Please select untracked shipping at your own risk. Unfortunately your parcel is out of our control once in the hands of our courier (Aus Post). If there are problems regarding your package please note that we are unable to locate your parcel. Orders with shipping costs $8 will have tracked shipping. A tracking number will be provided. If email is provided you will receive shipping notifications.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, You will need to provide your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at Daisychikk1@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are damaged will receive a refund.
Change of mind refunds must be sent back to the given address. Items must be in exact condition for the refund to be processed. Cost for postage is not covered for change of mind returns, customer must pay for shipping.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
